We really love the place. The staff are very helpful,and we are actually thankful because the hotel gave us a complimentary cake for my birthday. And since I have late visitors the hotel allowed them to come inside of our room to celebrate my birthday even though it's late already. I really appreciate them. And one good thing since we are only 1 night stay at the hotel they allowed us to stay until 2pm to have enough rest and to enjoy the place more.😊

Staff is exceptional ! Maria (Front Desk Senior Management) was excellent with knowledge and pure professional care. Sakib is always welcoming and supportive! Michael is another excellent professional. Atif is another exceptional staff. And the security staff, Muhammed always made you feel safe and welcomed. The entire Nassima Tower Hotel Apartments is an exceptional place with an exceptional staff and a Top-of-Class value!

The staff is very polite and hospitable. Breakfast is superb. Gym and Pool are included. The location is great if you plan to visit the World Trade Center, and the metro station is very close too. Very spacious apartment.
